Government-commissioned \u2018McLeod Report\u2019 \u2018Engaging for Success\u2019 studied a cross-section of organisations. The work was extended in 2011 with the creation of a Government-backed Employee Engagement Task Force chaired by David MacLeod and Nita Clarke, the report\u2019s authors.<\/p>\n

In the McLeod report four enablers were identified for successful employee engagement. The report has led to the Engage for Success movement, which includes a range of free resources, case studies and learning opportunities dedicated to engaging employees successfully in the workplace.<\/p>\n
