Why did you choose to study this qualification?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

This course appealed to me as I had no formal marketing training, but I do have aspirations for career progression into marketing management of a global company.<\/p>

Is there anything you have discovered about yourself in the process? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

That I still enjoy studying!<\/p>

 Has studying with nesma helped you in your career? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Yes \u2013 it has given me the confidence to own the digital marketing function in the business and equipped me with the tools to do so.<\/p>

What did you enjoy most about the studying process? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

I enjoyed doing a deep dive into audits and research techniques that I would not have had the space to do in my day to day job role.<\/p>

What do you do differently as a result of your studies? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

I always take a step back and listen to the customers\/users \u2013 my opinion on the correct tool or strategy doesn’t matter; it’s what the customer wants to do that counts, and that’s where we need to meet them.<\/p>

What words of advice would you give anyone considering a career in marketing\/PR? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

It can be an incredible career full of creativity, technology and problem-solving. Ranging from quick turnarounds to longer-term campaigns.<\/p>

 What are the significant changes within your industry at present? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Maintaining a competitive edge against online retailers.<\/p>

What do you enjoy most when you aren’t doing the day job?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Training for a marathon!<\/p>
