{"id":3207,"date":"2017-07-17T21:29:14","date_gmt":"2017-07-17T21:29:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hyperlink-technology.com\/nesma\/?p=3207"},"modified":"2017-07-17T21:29:14","modified_gmt":"2017-07-17T21:29:14","slug":"engaging-customers-storytelling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hyperlink-technology.com\/nesma\/engaging-customers-storytelling\/","title":{"rendered":"Engaging customers through storytelling"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Rockliffe Hall to reveal new \u2018Wonderland of Curiosities\u2019 to the region\u2019s marketers<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Recently named as the UK\u2019s Large Hotel of the Year, <span style=\"color: #00b5ce;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #00b5ce;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rockliffehall.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rockliffe Hall<\/a><\/strong><\/span> is opening its doors to the region\u2019s marketers for a CIM event in its newest venue; a stunning glasshouse.<\/p>\n<p>Rockliffe Hall announced plans for the \u00a3750,000 development earlier this year, which will be called Mischmasch; inspired by a periodical written and illustrated by Lewis Carroll for his family.\u00a0 Guests at the event will be some of the first to see the new glasshouse, which is part of the development adjacent to the kitchen gardens.<\/p>\n<p>Katie Scott, Rockliffe Hall\u2019s sales and marketing manager will discuss how storytelling through its marketing strategy has developed this five-star brand into one of the UK\u2019s best-loved resorts.<\/p>\n<p>Emma Greenwood, who is organising the event on behalf of CIM, said: \u201cI am really excited about this event; we are absolutely delighted that Rockliffe has invited us to share its marketing best practice for such an eagerly awaited development.\u00a0 Attendees will not only gain marketing know-how but also be treated to an early reveal of the new parkland.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other features of the \u2018Wonderland of Curiosities\u2019 will include an Alice in Wonderland nature trail and Sculptures, a large Eco Adventure Playground, interactive water fountains and a maze.
