Nesma is 1 of only 7 study centres across the UK to have been selected to deliver the NEW CIM Marketing Leadership qualification.<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>As what we do best is build the marketing know-how of individuals to support companies with contemporary strategic marketing skills for the new challenges ahead.<\/p>\n

If you are an experienced marketer working at a strategic or management level and want to take your career to the next level, the new CIM Marketing Leadership Programme<\/strong> could be the right choice for you.<\/p>\n

This programme has been developed to respond to both industry and individual needs within the marketing profession. Extensive global, employer-led research has been undertaken across a range of sectors and organisational sizes, to identify the skills and competencies required to fully develop a marketing professional into an advocate for leading change.<\/p>\n

It will enable you to become integral in identifying the key influences \u2013 both external and internal \u2013 that are likely to become future drivers of an organisation. Draw on insight, apply strategic thinking and match them with organisational resources to support and deliver on business goals.<\/p>\n

The mandatory modules consist of:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Contemporary Challenges<\/h3>\n

This module will enable you to evaluate the potential impact of emerging contemporary marketing challenges and apply strategic thinking to develop future strategies.<\/p>\n

Part 3:<\/strong> Create insight, vision and direction<\/p>\n

Leading Change<\/h3>\n

This module will enable you to meet the challenges of change through providing a platform for supporting future responses to change through harnessing organisational potential and sustainable innovation. In addition, you will develop an understanding of how the organisation’s assets can be managed to build and sustain a clear market position to guide, support and implement market-led change within an organisation<\/p>\n

Part 1:<\/strong> Building the case for change<\/p>\n

Part 2:<\/strong> Creating a change culture<\/p>\n

Part 3:<\/strong> Implementing change<\/p>\n

The two elective modules comprise:<\/span><\/h3>\n

Consultancy<\/span><\/h3>\n

This module is designed to develop the skills required to build and develop client relationships either as an independent consultant or in a consultancy role within a large organisation.<\/p>\n

Part 1<\/strong>: Building and developing client relationships<\/p>\n

Part 2:<\/strong> Scoping the potential service<\/p>\n

Part 3:<\/strong> Delivering the client outcome<\/p>\n

Managing Business Growth<\/h3>\n

This module will enable you to develop a structured and creative approach to determining where potential or existing opportunities for growth exist.<\/p>\n

Part 1:<\/strong> Dynamics for business growth<\/p>\n

Part 2:<\/strong> Determining direction<\/p>\n

Part 3:<\/strong> Building relationships<\/p>\n

To achieve the qualification, a pass in BOTH mandatory modules plus\u00a0one elective module is required.<\/p>\n

The programme is run with busy managers\u2019 diaries in mind so there are a handful of seminars to attend for each module rather than a weekly trek to the study centre. And it’s not just marketers that should be thinking about joining this programme.<\/p>\n

Each module can be achieved as a distinct,\u00a0self-contained Bite-Size award<\/a><\/span><\/strong> which can be built up to\u00a0attain the full diploma if you want to.<\/p>\n

We are recruiting now for the first wave of NEW Level 7 candidates to start in January 2017.<\/p>\n

The current Level 7<\/a><\/span><\/strong> will be phased out towards the end of 2017. \u00a0Don\u2019t forget you\u00a0can register to complete any of the four modules<\/a><\/span><\/strong> to finish your existing qualification.<\/p>\n
