Company Culture is vital to the success of any organisation, but how do you foster a culture that allows all employees, regardless of gender, thrive?<\/h3>\n

Join\u00a0CIPR NE for what is set to be a lively discussion about leadership, culture and gender equality in the workplace. Talks include:<\/p>\n

  • Sarah Pinch from Pinch Point Communications and Janice Guy from Jungle Green Market Research<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>–
    \ndiscussing research they conducted into the pay gap in PR agencies, with practical suggestions for how we can improve agency culture as an industry.<\/li>\n
  • Christian Cerisola, W North<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0–
    \nChristian recently launched the northern office of W Communications and his team is constantly expanding. He will share what he’s learnt about fostering a positive company culture whilst growing your business.<\/li>\n
  • Alex Myers, Manifest Group<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0–
    \nManifest London was one of the first agencies in the UK to introduce equal maternity and paternity leave for all employees (often known as the ‘Swedish Model’). Alex will be discussing why this was introduced and the impact it has had since.<\/li>\n
  • Ella Minty, Independent Practitioner\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>–
    \nIn 2017 Ella became a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, in addition to being a Board Member of the CIPR. Ella will discuss how treating PR as a management discipline helps influence company culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You’ll have the opportunity to hear from each of our speakers followed by a Q&A.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This series of events has been developed for both men and women in response to research revealing that while\u00a0women hold up\u00a0to 85 percent of all PR jobs, the majority of senior leaders continue to be men, as well as some of the reasons identified for this.<\/p>\n

    Other events in the series, taking place between October 2017 and June 2018, have included talks on unconscious bias and imposter syndrome, leadership coaching and finding your
